1. Of all the the cartoon characters, I love Mickey Mouse the most! *giggle* He is Cheerful ma! I like his SMILE!!! Oh..I love anyone with mickey mouse smile! =) - by vampirem
2. Prefer meat to vege. Kekekekee...mama said my skin colour is yellowish because of having too much meat wo. =( - by 13th Panda
3. I am a happy go lucky person. To support this statement, I thought it might be Public Holiday tomorrow, so I did my work like tortoise on Wednesday and as a result, I have to work OT tonight! Wahahahaha
4. Curly hair is my favourite. Muahahaha...Any type! Why? hmm I admire my natural curly hair when I was a toddler. 'x' - by pinkcotton
5. Rude (erm...not exactly rude la...just abit no manner, argh whatever) when talking to someone close to me (example, family members, bf and close friends). But always be polite to other people! Hmm...used to think that people who are close could understand me and I know them well and no need to care about manners ma. BUT...someone always complain me on this. :( Sigh...so sad that I have to be so polite to someone closest to me.
6. I do not like DOG!!!!!!! But why all of you like dogs? I cant understand it! To me, a DOG = a TIGER! Please do not get mad at me, doggy lovers.

In life, I always feel happy over some tiny matters.

...buying myself scented shower gel from the body shop. Previously, enjoy using the fruits gel including the grapeseed, passion fruit, papaya, mango and satsuma. Mango and grape seed are my favourite! They are so refreshing! =) Latest one...

Over the weekend...

After reading post from miss winnie...

Recall a short conversation between me and chen, I told chen when she asked me whether I know this and that blogger:

"I do read some other bloggers' blogs, but I did not put any comment..."

and chen said

"you are very cunning la~"
....

I am not sure whether I am cunning or not la. But to confess, I do read some blogs but never leave any comment because I do not want ppl to read my blog. LOL!

I do not start this blog saying why I want to have a blog. I started it with the post entitled Smile instead.

hee...I better dont ocipala.

And NOW ~ It is time to share some story about Redsponge ~ Castle of my MIND...

I knew about blog at work 2 years ago. Boss told us about it for working purpose.

Then after a while, a long while, my dear colleague...start to cio me to create our own blogs. At first, the idea of having a blog is fun but seems to be impossible. Then after dunno how many days, this cute, sweet litte kid skipped happily towards my cube and told me abt her blog. She ordered me to create one too! Then I just said ok ok ... and you know I am not very keen to the idea.

To keep the promise, I visited pinkcotton! PINKCOTTON??!!! Mindless Musing!!??? kekekekekekeek

So, the naughty me, even though do not have any idea what to blog and why to blog...created this blog just to make fun of the name:

red...my fav colour
cotton...WHY COTTON? I asked her, but there is no proper reason given. I just take something similar or opposite and there comes the SPONGE! lol!!!

Mindless Musing? hmm...*think think think* Since I am not used to expose myself too much over the web, I might as well put it as Castle of my mind, castle is always secure and no instruder, right right?

So there...Redsponge ~ Castle of my MIND was created.

Pinkcotton urged me to post up something after I told her that her sister blog has been created. In order to fulfill her wish, again, I created one or two posts.

After few months, I suddenly started to blog more regularly. Want to know why? Hmm...try to read up from here.

Later, when pinkcotton and redsponge find out 13th panda's blog, redsponge admired the panda trademark done by 13th panda and decided to create one for her blog too, even though there might be the possibilities that no pictures to be uploaded to the blog. LOL!!

ANYWAY, that was a big satisfaction to me when I first posted up my trademark, because I could get my work published even though it is not the best. So i fell in love with blog, a little bit not too much! However, I did not use that as my trademark 'x'!

Later, I told my close friends about it. They come, They read, They care! Oh, I fell in love with redsponge more! I thought this is a good way to tell my friends about my days. They could come and read it anytime when they are free, isnt it GREAT??!!

Whenever friends ask about something that I told them through blog. In my blog, I can tell some very tiny little things happen in my life. It is abit difference in mail. We only share some happenings in mail because it would be boring if you repeat you monday-sunday in every mail. In blog, I just put anything that amuse me.

Later, I treated this blog as my diary. I am a forgetful person and I find it useful to record down the impostant moment in blog. I can retrieve back my memory easier! =)

There is the site counter on this blog. However, I use the site counter to keep track of whether my friends have visited me. lol!!! I only told a few of them and therefore I can check by counting the number. Aiks, it is gone now, sian!

From time to time, I did go read up ppl's blogs, especially those in blogspot. Pinkcotton and Redsponge always share the interesting blogs they found.

Then, I noticed that my counter is not moving at the usual pace. I believed that some friends of mine had forgotten to visit me! =(

Then, there come my cousins joining. Hahaa...we have some kind of cousins space in blogspot. My cousins agreed that I am a weirdo because having a blog but takut ppl to read. According to them, what for you want to keep a blog if you do not want to let people read? hmmm...dunno...

Then, my itchy hand cannot control herself and start to drop comment in chen's blog, thinking that drop a comment or two wont attract too much attention from her kua..
Then, knowing winn winn got a niece, and i can't tahan to jump around with her...thinking winn might just ignored me for acting gila kua...
Then, comment in selba's blog..
Then, ...

Uh-oh...I cant stop commenting in ppl's blog! LOL!
Then, I decided to redsponge do whatever she wants. However, I still try to control her to keep her comments posted in the few blogs.

Somehow redsponge reflects me, of course, BUT it could be a different me.

I try to shape Redsponge to be a little bit wild and I find that it is fun! I want to let redsponge grows up in a healthy way, without worries, without much complaints in life. I think redsponge pick them up nicely.

Nevertheless, redsponge enjoys her blogsphere...

Hee...I have decided to keep redsponge going after a year! =)

pps: To the bloggers out there, I will try to post comments in your blogs and you will know whose blogs that I read all these while and being accused to be cunning by chen *ahem*! lol!

Drawing Exhibition by Pinkcotton

Brief introduction:
Pinkcotton, a pink lady. She is gifted in drawing. She can create her piece of art not only on a paper but also tissues! She can draw anything...ANYTHING. She is generous in giving away her drawings too.

A year ago, pinkcotton and I had a good debate on the topic whether a SEA CUCUMBER IS AN ANIMAL OR A PLANT!

pinkcotton: It is a plant!
redsponge: NO! It is an animal!!
pinkcotton: Haiya! It is a plant la! Once, my mama bought it at indonesia market there. I even saw the live one! It is definitely a plant.
redsponge: REALLY? But how come? All this while I treat it as an animal?
pinkcotton: Smile the haolian smile!
redsponge: Isn't it a seafood? Anyway...since you said you ever see a living one, then most probably you are right.

In June last year, I went to Pulau Pangkor with my family. We went for a boat tour. The tour guide jumped into the sea and caught up all the living creatures that he could find for us to see as none of us want to get wet! Suddenly...the tour guide pulled out a black sea cucumber which SPAT! yikes...Lemme show u the look:

Poor pinkcotton can hardly accept the FACT! And there...she got the inspiration drawing this picture. LOL!!!!

Gmail Chat

I know it has dull interface, limited function...and I know I had blogged about it already...but I just found out something new...

Last night, saw sandbox appeared online in my gmail chat list, so my itchy fingers typed a msg to him.

Few minutes later, he replied. To my surprise, when I receive the msg, there is actually this *trong trong* sound to notify me! Hee...the sound is cute.

Then, this sandbox told me to get that sound for my sms notification in my handphone. Hrng...he HURTs me! My lauya handphone does not support bluetooth, and not even have a MMC card...how can I have the wat sound file put into my handphone? Futhermore...he knew it!!! HE KNEW IT! He humiliated both me and my poor handphone! So...I decided not to friend him anymore! HRNG!

Not until...

He showed me his smiley face like this :p

and I stared at the screen when the :p turned and 90 degrees clockwise. Wow...Then we continued to try for other smiley faces that are commonly used, such as

Proud Mama

Mama's favourite flower is orchid!

She is always very proud of her orchids and takes very good care of them. She enjoys looking at the orchids when cooking. Mama always complains papa's old car block her view.

There are some other species, let's make this as part one.

Dragon Tiger Gate @ 龙虎门

Winnie, CPH, OKK and @pple...hmm not sure which one of them suggested to go for a movie. Try to recall...at first, Winnie suggested to go Kuching Fest. But not getting much responses from us, so someone suggested to go for a movie. Heeee...still I cant remember who is the one.

I am quite outdated, cos I know not even a movie that is on show now. They pilipalak all the movies name while I just looking at them without listening properly. At night, my bf came to pick me to cinema. On the way, I asked for the movie name that we were going to watch. He told me that it is Dragon Tiger Gate @ 龙虎门.

Ewww...I frowned straight away and said: "HAR? What are the other movies on show? Why choose this movie? The name itself already give me a bad impression, it is either a lame or violent movie." (LOL...remind me of winn's Hate at first sight theory). Then, my bf told me about the other movies and I had to agree that they (oops, i dont know who chose the movie too) opted for the best choice.

So, without much expectation form the movie, I entered the cineplex and enjoyed the air-con. Before the movie started, my bf told me that dragon tiger gate is actually a comic. Then I replied: "Oh must be an old comic then." (LOL...sheesh, I am so bad! ) Bf: "甄子丹(zhen zi dan) is very good at Kung fu, right?" I said:"yeah..and quite good looking too."

The movie started...
Nicholas Tse with funny hairstyle appeared, my bf asked whether it is a fake hair. *giggle* He looks ugly! 'x' Then the first fighting scene, Nicholas Tse kick kick kick...wah...The kung fu in this movie is not bad...
and I started to watch it with interest 'x'

I like the way this movie is shot ler, the camera man always shot from top. There is a scene took place at a Japanese Restaurant, you can see all the rooms inside the restaurant from top view. I think it is very comic way and attractive. True...I find it very interesting when I see the movie captured the downpour the way ppl usually present in comic. Err err...sorry, I think you need to spend RM9 to find out what I am trying to say here! LOL!!!

Overall, the story is very touching too...*sob sob* And Nicholas Tse tried to act CUTE in the movie and he did look cute...LOL! At least, I dont feel like wanto vomit! haha...And 甄子丹 (zhen zi dan) is really KENG in kungfu. KENG AH! And 董洁 (tong jie) is cute and sweet.

Hee...Worth to be watched in cinema!

UNIMAS 10th Convocation Festival 2006

Saturday, I went to UNIMAS with friends to 'attend' our friend's convocation. In fact, we were there to 'tumpang his kegembiraan'. We thought the convocation would take part in the new campus, but it was held in the old campus. We thought that the event would be ended by 10am, but it was only completed at 12:30 noon. Therefore, I took some photos to kill the time.

Like previous years, UNIMAS always put up banners on the lamp posts along the road to the campus. The banners are always printed in 3 colours: red, yellow and blue.







What you normally found when there is a big function going on?
No 1. Ambulance

No play play, we saw someone was wheeled towards the ambulance after the ceremony ended.

No 2. Traffic Police Bikes


No 3. Flowers


All the graduates were inside this building, waiting for their turns to get the certificates.


Outside the hall, all of us waiting anxiously for the graduates to march out from the hall.


Before the graduates were released, you can see the free space and the big cars in front of the hall. Once the graduates were released, where were the big cars?? Not even a tiny little hole that you can peep through the crowd to see the car.


And...this year, a lot of master and doctorate degree holders were born. I just realised that the robe for master and doctorate degree holders are in pink colour whereas bachelor's degree robe is in blue colour). Look at the headgear for the master and doctorate holders are different too! The master degree holder got the normal mortarboard while the doctorate degree holder had the tudor bonnet. The round cap is cute! 'x'


We bought a bouquet of orange african daisy for our friend.

Nice? I love the price, it is RM60, quite reaspnable price. =)

Me - a meaningful anniversary month

Dinner with a doctor, a seikia and a friend

First time dining with my blogger friends. Yes, I met with them.

To tell the truth, it is not much different with meeting pen pals! LOL...

The dinner planned right after Doctor Chen put up the list of food to eat in Kuching. After I managed to kidnap Pink Cotton and then I got caught by her, the time and venue were set. At the very last minute, the seikia Ben suddenly begged to join. *shake head*

Dinner with these 3 special persons is fun, fun, fun, fun. When the food were served, the 2 ladies started to ...... SHOOT instead of EAT! muahahahaa...eee Ben, I just realised that you din take photo for your food ho?!! Hee...

As for me, too rush to remember to bring a camera along, no camera ma 'x' Yikes, it is abit kalah that I did not bring a camera lor. If I got one, at least I can shoot them back when they attacked me! yikes..But still it is fun to see them climbing up and down, walking in and out to take pictures! They are definitely the profesional bloggers! 'x' Thumbs UP!

Haih...the climax would be when...read up from pinkcotton's hightlights. *BLEKS*

YUP! Doctor and seikia, nice to meet the both of you! =)
