An overview of the place.
Futhermore, most of the shops are decorated uniquely. You will seldom find shops here that really care about their image except for cafe and restaurant. Too bad, I was there too early and the shops are not open yet.
As I was trying to capture more photos, I found this...
My bf took the photo. He said it is another kind of beauty found in Kuching, the art of vandalisme. I looked around, there should be a party last night. The place is in a mess.

Presumed u went on Sunday morning?? I was there on Saturday night when it rained so heavily...
Used to like the place a lot but apparantely the pubs that have been mushrooming there spoilt the environment..

don't go Travilion! it's being banned by a lot of ppl. It's the samseng area. I went there once and park in front of a shop. Then when I returned, my car was full of useless papers, empty cigarettes box, plastic bottles!! I was shocked and try to get nearer to my car. There is a samseng sitting in front of the shop. Quite big macho guy somemore...I quickly take away those rubbish and try to get out of there, BUT that samseng's car parked behind my car. Then I was in the car for 2 minutes...then when he was pleased, stand up and went into the shop for another 1 minute and come out suddenly and gave me a smile then drive aside his car so that I can reverse. I quickly drive away together with my gf kok...
I swear not to go there anymore...
