Mama bought some today. ^_^ We always had it as supper when I was a little girl. Why? Before papa retired, he only joined us during supper time. Mama always prepared delicious supper in those days.
Oh, Nice mama, right? Not to forget the sweet daughter here, I would always accompany mama in the kitchen, talking to her while waiting for papa to come home.
One of the supper we had in the past would be the clam.
I would try my best to put my observation over the years into words. Before mama 'cooked' the clams, she will make the sauce first. Mama chopped garlics into small pieces. Put the garlics into the mixture of light soya sauce and lime juice (limes that were freshly plucked from the garden). Done!!

Next, mama threw all the clams into the boiling water, then moved them slightly and took them out from the wok. Done!!

Yum yum...
On the other note, there is a friend of mine who does not like to eat it. Ya, there might be alot of people who do not like the taste but her reason is kind of strange. According to her, it is like biting your own tongue. *Try to bite my tongue* It is so different from biting the clam meat, it hurts! Heee...Ok ok! Not funny. *bleks*
