Last time, we could see these flowers almost on every roads in Kuching. They are so famous that I do not even know its name. I only refer them as "neh, the flower you use to see by the roadside ah...got red, orange and yellow colours!" OH! But I do not think we grow it at home, the big leaves might turn ur garden into bush! hee.
Before they are forgotten, I take this opportunity to post them up here.
We have new flowers for the city now. They are so much smaller. When they blossoms, I enjoyed looking at them everyday on my way to UNIMAS. My dad planted them before upon my request. Muahhaha...
They looks like white butterflies, don't they? Beautiful...
*update 11th September: The red, orange and yellow flowers are called canna.

mr. goober, erm...the flower no 1,2,3 are from mbks building. and the pink flower is somewhere near my friend's house. And YOU GOT IT RIGHT for the last pic! YEAH...u r clever! LOL

wah.. i only went there twice woh.. mana pergi tengok dengan begitu teliti.. first time is in nov last year, when the site is still under construction :P Second time is during my last trip back... Go there look see look see a while only mah :P I only remember the bamboo plants :P
oh ya...the short bamboo plant is cute. It attracts me too! 'x'
