Image Editing

Just recently, found out about the Digital Camera Competition from Greenleaf.

After reading the rules and regulation, noticed that they allow certain image editing. They are including:
* Adjustments to colour, contrast, saturation, levels and curves and sharpening are expected.
* Cropping is allowed, as is stitching to create panoramic images.
* Cloning should be limited to general cleaning work - no significant elements of a composition should be removed or added.
* Dodging and burning is permitted.
* Perspective adjustments to correct for lens distortions are allowed.
To find out more, read here.

And, I tried to play around with the brightness/contrast, colour, level and curves to improve the photos taken with my non-dslr camera. Giggle...very satisfied after seeing the dull photos become so lively. Ok, you may not agree with me, but I like all the after editing version! Or maybe you have tips to share?

Not bad eh?!

*Update: Image Editing should be the title instead of Some photos eh! 'x'

khengsiong, erm, I cant say that u r wrong. But, besides from the good looking camera, we do care abt the quality of the photos lor. LOL!

just glanced thru the post again. Reading too fast so mis-read 'panoramic shots' as 'pornographic shots'..

Re-read then realised my mistake haha =P

To redsponge, zeroimpact:
If you are using PhotoShop, I recommend Scott Kelby's book.
