Recently, refrigerator oatmeal has become my favourite daily breakfast. It is easy to prepare, no need to cook. Just throw the ingredients (rolled oats, low-fat milk, low-fat Greek yogurt and dried chia seeds) into the cute little jar and then shake well or stir till they combined. Optionally, you can add on some fruits. Store in the refrigerator overnight and you will have healthy breakfast the next morning.
