Another Lancome Product that I ♥

UV-Expert GN-Shield High Potency Active Protection BB Base SPF 5O PDA+++ High UVA PPD. In short, it is the Lancome UV Epert BB base.

What is it?
"Lancome's first breakthrough active shield with a revolutionary shade to provide ideal instant skin fairness and evenness, correct imperfections and undull skin. Upon daily application at the end of your skincare routine, skins look rejuvenated. UV-induced brown spots, blemishes and fine lines look reduced. Intensely protected, moisturised, complexion looks younger and instantly fairer, glowing with transparency."

I was told it can be used alone without foundation. On certain lazy days, you just need to apply this BB base and pat on with some powder, then you are ready to go out. It is impressive.

So, I tried. It does pretty good job. I really can see the "glowing with transparency" on my face which I really love. Of course, it provides enough coverage to the redness, brown spots, blemishes and fine lines. Now if you remember Lancome Maquiliquid UV Infinite which I recommended last year and if you had tried that and wished to get something even lighter, I think you will like this BB base.

The before & after photos:

The reason I love it;
  1. Easy to apply compare to Lancome Maquiliquid UV Infinite. Just apply it like any sunscreen.
  2. It is like 2 in 1 - Sunscreen + Foundation. Save time in applying and money (Lancome Maquiliquid UV Infinite = RM130 and Lancome UV-Expert Neuroshield = RM143)
So far, I tried Skin79 BB cream. To compare the two, this Lancome UV-Expert BB Base texture is quite fluid and make it easier to apply. It is lightweight which I think Skin79 BB cream cannot compete with. The colour is fairer compare to Skin79 BB cream and match my skin tone very well!

Now, I have one new Lancome Maquiliquid UV Infinite for sale! Anyone interested?! Please feel free to contact me! ;p
