Let's look at the tools that you need when brewing the Gong Fu Tea.
From the photo, you will see a clay teapot, small tea cups and the saucers, a strainer, a faircup and a tea tray. On the left, there are optional tools such as wooden tongs and tea needle. There is also a small packet of tea leaf in the center. The tea tray is is used to hold the spill or waste water during the Gong Fu tea ceremony. The strainer on top of the fair cup is to catch the small tea leaf to be poured into the faircup. Faircup is to hold the tea inside the teapot after filling up the tea cups. The wooden tongs is used mostly when washing/rinsing the tea cups with the boiling water. Tea needle is used to pick the spout when it is blocked or during the cleaning process. 
Of course, you need a kettle. =)

pink winnie, last time it is the first shop have pearl bubble milk tea ...but then we also seldom go...only last few weeks we were there on every monday. Haha!

I finally finally finally figured out how you guys made the tea. Was thinking about it for so long and kept studying the photo... Then, EUREKA!
CCW must have carried the set into the toilet and came out with what he called 'tea' right? I knew it!
